Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of our services and return or destroy any confidential materials.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
